No NI 43-101 so pure guesswork, Sept '21 preso was rather amateur hour, Eu, Y, critical minerals? Really?

Can probably get a handle on whether Mgt kosher or cashing up.

Once again, I think most hard rock RE resources will be exposed as dinosaurs before much longer, I'll only punt something exceptional, like 40% NdPr at Hastings.
