RE:What we can we agree on, REE demand, change only constantRSX is NOT new, it is old Chinese tech abandoned, while they are attempting to update, incl DOD throwing ~$2M at it 2014, and abandoning it, there is nothing to say it will even match SX at scale, just as MRT was more hype than anything else.
You still don't seem to understand SX is only one stage of a complex process, concentration, cracking/leaching (most expensive), separation & finishing. Difficult to see SX or RSX as a stand alone business other than small scale incremental.
China is consolidating THREE of their six RE SOE's, please make some effort to get the facts straight.
