share ownership of members of board of directors
I was looking at the management information circular issued with the proxy for the annual shareholder meeting to be held June 10.
It's apparent that the posters on the Stockhouse bullboard for Ucore have much more faith in the company than any member of the board of directors other than Randy Johnson.
For example, CEO Pat Ryan, who has been on the board of directors for 10 years, owns 12,290 shares which have a current value of US$7,300.
The only director other than Johnson who owns more shares is Steven Meister, who has been on the board for 5 1/2 years. He owns 16,600 shares, current value US$9,860.
Director Geoff Clarke has been on the board for 8 1/2 years. He does not own a single share, nor does the recently appointed (July 2021) Amira Abouali.
Not a very strong vote of confidence.
