Anybody ever thought to ask why RJ keeps buying Ucore?

Anybody ever thought to ask why RJ keeps buying Ucore?Good Afternoon,
Well we are snowed in.  One of the advanges of living on a street with the guy that drives the snow plow is your street gets plowed first.  You are okay unless he leaves a 2' bank of snow across your driveway, both of them.  But that is what grandkids are for.

Back to my question, Why does Randy Johnson keep buying into Ucore.  What, I think he is up to 12 or 13% of the float.  What does he know that we do not?  He has seen the independent testing results.  Was at the board meeting when they decided to a upgrade the Demo plant to a 51 slices able to do all of the REEs and battery materials  Instead of just a Demo plant to do the 4 biggest paying REEs.  He is a big fish in Alaska and Ketchikan is his home town.  So what is so good about the LA deal that he is okay with it so much that he is buying milllions of Ucore stock?

Are other insiders in buying before some big news?  Now Pip, is right about a lot of things but is he right about Ucore how little money Ucore will get when Demo plant is up and running and RSX is proven faster, cheaper, and greener in a side by side test with SX?
