Yes, waiting is hard and you are having a problem with it. Well, after thirty plus years servicing in and working for the Navy . Take it from me this is not bad. Are you bleeding, bones broke, your life on the line? No, just money on the line and that never moves fast enough. They have chosen the site and are in talks on the lease. Cool your jets. Worry more about funding than the site. As you have said many, many, many, many times. Without funding it won't get done. Me I think that there is too much pressure not to get funding. You remember that PR about LA hosting the brown site. There is a line in there about Ucore having more funding options after the site was settled on. What those options are I do not know, but you don't go hiring top execs unless you got something. They may be slow and double check every step of the way but they do get there.
