let me clarify. I don't think 10-20 million shares in a PP this summer. That's what they need to fund SMC if partners fund less than 1/2 of it. My guess is they get around 10-15 million form OEMs,ucore fund the rest with dilution . Then if it looks like a real business, feds and LA funds the full build out
dont know how that effects share price. I guess it means what happens first.
