RE:Why Lynas shutting down means anything to Ucore. In this potential scenario, despite planned scale-up, to Dragon's ponderings, would there not be cash from gov't and or other capital to scale up rapidly (expand engineering team, construction joint ventures etc)? Even just SX let alone of RSC works? Partners or gov't support to secure friendly feedstock from Australia etc?
