I agree with you that the only thing that is going to move the stock price is funding that does not come from the stock holders. I like the idea that DOD stepped up and put "lets see money" on the table. But did it screw up Ucore talks with OEMs? If you are EOM and talking to Ucore. What are you going to do when word of the DOD award is made? Are you going to keep talking to Ucore about how much money you are going to pony up to build the commercial plant in LA or are you going to step back and see if DOD is going to pony up the money so you don't have? The answer to that is is hidden in the info we do not have. Is a major EOM going to race DOD to be first in getting finished oxides or can it wait and keep buying REEs from China? Info we do not have.
I do not think that we are going to see any upfront money until the Demo plant is on line and testing concertrate. As you have pinted out two many time to count, we do not know if RSX works at commercial scale. Looks like everybody is in wait and see mode.
