Rarely does Ucore put out numbers. Numbers can be used against Ucore. But the press release is not a nothing, but is a exercise in deductive reasoning. You asked the wrong questions.
Answer these question and tell me what you think.
1. When do ambassadors show up, at the beginning of a deal or at the end to sign papers and take the credit?
2. Who shows up first at the beginning of a deal?
3. Notice that "the staff' was not named. So who are they?
4. What were they shown, a working Demo plant?
5. A working SX circuit?
6. Is commissioning finished?
7. What did JR do to get one million warrants, just remember he has to spend 1.2 million to take advantage of?
8. If 'the staff' is there to do to a deal, what is the deal?
9. Do anybody on this board know how much of that 4 million was upfront money?
10. Is there a web site that has the details of the 4 million award to Ucore?
Rod, which more sense if you are a OEM, AIDEA, MP, Lynas. Ucore has got money from DOD and sell of stock to finish commissioning the Demo plant and complete first round of testing on concertrate that DOD wants tested. Do you junp in and try to beat the deal or wait and see how it turns out? Old money sits and sees how it works out.
Rod, commissioning and first round of testing is coming, that at this point is a given. That is not what worrys me. Ucore and IMC are a young companies. How secure is the data on RSX. That is China MO. To steal the IP they don't. If RSX works as advertised, then Ucore become a threat.
