I just don't see how they can get an SMC going without pre funding or DOD deals. LA is meaningless unless they get thing built and employee's working.
occams razor? The dilute into the ground, pps goes to 10-20 cents and they claim success because they have an SMC. LT shareholders gets absolutely ransacked ( yes. Even more). Maybe if u get in after dilution etc it's a great buy? But that means squat to all of us who have wasted forever with a shell game.
