Yes, if you want to lose money - so perfect for the government. REE prices would need to be much higher to make Bokan economically viable. All it has going for it is that it's near water, and perhaps AIDEA (ha, ha) might kick in some dough - or at least say, year after year, that they and the governor are very interested in doing so.
