RE:I believeAgreed but in the short term it is going to be the automakers who will provide the initial funding for phase 1 of the SMC. Eventually the defence companies will come onboard to secure their domestic supply of rare earths but this will take time. Remember PR has only been talking about advanced talks with the auto companies.
