I dont think its over in  utah   but i think we did well judge leaving it open if IBC comes back with real facts UCORE I think won most important stuff

I counted 5 rulings in favor of Defendant(Ucore) and 2 in favor of IBC

lost track  at work while listening to zoom think we won the most important ones Judge pretty much said if IBC came back with anything it has to be streamlined and back up by people ucore can deposition sure someone else can summarize better i know the insolvency part of the motion for sumary judgement sure didnt fly

My impression is the following: Partial Summary Judgement - Ucore won the partial summary judgement motion BUT IBC can come back with a more specific and evidence based claim.  Ucore partial win.  IBC partial win. Insolvency - Ucore won the insolvency motion BUT IBC can come back with another claim although the judge did seem to think it will take a lot of debate and evidence to prove

think IBC doesnt have a more specific and evidence based claim  they will try   and lose again If they had it it wouldve been their the first  time  clearly throwing shiit against the wall isnt working  Dr Hammond proved nothing
