Dear Pip,
You are so locked into this mind set that you can't see anything else. Where is the guy that found stuff other missed, early on in following Ucore. Please put your Homes' hat on and look again. Did you even bother to watch all of the Germen interview. If you didn't you missed a big clue. Watch the video again. Look for what you missed.
In addition to the Louisiana Economic Development funding, upon finalizing its site election, Ucore would also be eligible for several other incentives offered by the state that include reimbursements, tax credits, loan guarantees, and expedited permitting.

That is a clue, for sure. But I will believe it when I see it. ucore has been playing hide the salami with clues for a decade. U know like aidea funding in the bag? nothing has transpired Pip just being realistic and not greedy. Risky out there, my bet is in, not adding to it.
