Dragon the state is behind ucore So was alaska except ucore could never get the initial funding to pique aidea interest enough to throw in the rest i think the feds and oem's would because the timing has never been more right ucore will have to dilute too not horrible if its at a pps that is double todays 20% dilution at $2 would net u 40 million The remaining ...more
