Bob i appreciate your insights but try to be unbiased for an hr. 4 million from DOD is a good thing with no downside ( unless rsx doesn't work) is it huge?  No.   But it's legit and at least a start.  Better than the next PP for 4 million my assumption is DOD did a little legwork before award so RSX not a total scam. give the shareholders a day to see a glimmer of hope

My negative tilt was against calling that advertorial the "German view". It's paid advertising. That doesn't mean that getting $4 million is a bad thing - it's better than a dilutive PP.

Got ya. since I have been calling  for non dilutive funding, I have no complaints some day, I hope we see 5x that amount. potential is also there from similiar deals from CDN sources ( that should be for CdN SMC someday), others fed sources , LA low cost loans and obviously multiple auto OEMS Lotsa a boxes need to be checked b4 more $$$$ roles in i have no issue with more dilution if it'
