Rod Will CDN invest in a company in LA? or you mean SMC2?   A second SMC will be 5 yrs from now Lets see if ucore can handle getting one SMC going it does make sense that if they do, SMC 2 in canada heck, it would make sense in alaska too but I have no clue what went on with AIDEA Maybe they step up if LA is a working smc or if DOD does offtake with RSX  so many things that

Pip SMC1 is a go that's a given. In-fact as I write this lease hold improvements are being conducted procurement is taking place Jobs are being filled. If the Canadians are serious as I believe they are because the Trudeau government is hell bent in the fact we are in a climate crisis, personally I don't, but my guess is Saskatchewan.

Rod RSX needs to prove itself with CDP if that happens and DOD likes what they see, offtake from them and others should follow we may see other offtakes prior to DOD doing it if RSX trails are favorable still some heavy lifting needs to be done.  My assumption is the timelines are 1 yr or closer for us to know done deal hopefully commissioning Closer to done than not.   And that their

is there a drop dead date as to when Ucore will do it's dog and pony show to DOD? This year ???? CDP should be ready to roll pretty quick is my guess.

Dont think any drop dead date they hit milestones, they get pieces of 4 million they hit them all, solid chance at offtake may still need a PP first to be able to hit DOD tranches of cash  how much?   I can see another 2-3 million over next couple of months hopefully not but we will see

Re reading NR.   Ucore does need to prove a lot of stuff to DOD its basically dump or get off the pot. Ryan been talking a good game for RSX tons of projects have gone by the wayside that DOD has looked into and never followed suit this is no slam dunk.  To me , it's seems like trials haven't started yet so we may not know enough in 2023 i don't think ucore gonna be able to
