Flip the coin, Pip.

Ah Pip,
You still see only one side of the coin.  Any one that can figure out US tax code & forms and can make a living doing is smart enough to figure this out.  Switch that big brain of yours out of Math/tax mode and nudge it over into deductive reasoning.  Wear the Homes hat, smoke the pipe, or play the fiddle what ever it takes.  You have two events and one question.  Event one, why would the big boys invest 50 to 60 million in Ucore over ten years?  Event two, why would they spend another 5.3 million?  To your way of thinking that would be throwing good money after bad.  So why would they do it?  One question: What makes Ucore different from other REE companies?  That they would spend 55 to 65 millions dollars on.

To reat of the board, let Pip, figure this out on his own.  No helping, he needs this.

Dear Farm,  Maybe, but he is trying.  You have to give him that.  He got a little piece of the answer, but saw only one side.  I am trying to help.  But Pip, needs to figure this out himself. Dragon

Seriously both of you need a therapist there are no big boys there have been a bunch of maroons who have thrown a few million at each PP hoping they will land a lotta ticket endured a 10/1 reverse split.  Ridiculous RO, IBC debacle.  60 ligands on a shelf, mothership, Ore sorting, SMC2 in Kentucky  vaunted m3 plan that turned into alaska 2023 plan which morphed into LA 2026 plan ...more

I would rather ucore gets 20 million funding this summer from offtakes, CDN, etc and this double just to be clear dragon, u should consider placing the calls to sell the PP ( if you're not already) that rose tinted scheme is pretty amusing the BIG BoYS.  That's comical in itself.
