1) In talks with a least 14 rare earth companies across Australia, Africa, South America, and Canada

 

2) Goal is to build 3 "self use plants" (strategic metals complexes); plus opportunities for "joint ventures" (i.e. licensing) with mining companies.

 

3) Phase 1 ($4 million DOD trials) is for "thousands of hours", meaning at least 3 months

 

4) Phase 2 (possible DOD add on) is "move to commercial", "get to full commercial production", "helps us mover quicker"

Bottom line for Pat.  Trying to get pre funding, government sources of funding but " equity and debt" opportunities as well so how much do we dilute?   Hard to go all in when shares could double or more in a heartbeat

Fast track could be " we are going to get the shareholders to fund us" issue is , we are dumb AF but not that dumb anymore.   He isn't getting 40 million out of current group even dragon wouldn't fund it

Of course ucore also planned RSX demo plant to be completed by end of 2021.  It's towards the end of 2023 and it's not even fully commissioned  throw in 2 yrs of testing, a few more pp's and of course the " significant equity raise" that ucore probably won't be able to do without giving away 80% of company ala tmrc. with some luck OEM jumps in with some pre
