Dear Rapid,  Thank You,  a very nice find.  The fact that it came out in a Reuters article says a lot.  Ucore is getting a higher profile.  Did you notice the length of coverage.  Of all the campanies covered Ucore got the most print space.  If nothing else it shows that this is a race to find the tech that works that is the best and cheapest.  Comes back to

Ucore, which has been testing its process with Pentagon funding, is in talks now with 17 mining companies to buy lightly processed supplies of rare earths known as concentrate, ship them to the Port of New Orleans, then

The beginning of the article is regurgitation of information provided by Ucore. Latter part of article expresses skepticisim about new processing technologies. Disappointed in Reuters for the uncritical regurgitation, even though somewhat tempred later in the article with general skepticism.
