Dear Pat,
Well it looks like Ucore is finally getting into DOD testing and can draw on the 4 million for expenses.  Me, I am of the believe that DOD will fund Ucore fully at least for the first stage of the SMC ( Still a dumb PR name. )  With funding and production of the first stage of the SMC Ucore's Stock price should not be where it is today.  In the past you guys did a one for ten reverve split.  Will you split the stock back if the price gets high enough or keep at this number of shares and pay a dividend?  What you and the board would do on this subject is on mind of a lot of stock holders.  Any hint on how you guys are going to handle this would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Pip,  Sorry it took so long to get back to you.  Sick kitty had to be taken care of first.   Do I think that DOD will fully fund the SMC (still a dumb name) to the 7500 tpa level?  In a word, yes.  But they will not come in and write a blank check.  No, the only way that happens is if China cut off all export of REEs.  Then it will be balls to wall and

Dear Pip, Okay, Pip.  Why am I asking about stock splits and dividends.  It is looking more and more likely that Ucore's testing of the heavy REEs sample with get funding from DOD.  Mainly from the pressure of China' banning export of separation tech and the very real threat China slowly cutting off REEs exports to force trading bans lifted.  The more pressure China put

Dragon this is like a kids Xmas list to Santa. why u askingstock  splits vs dividends? these guys are most likely discussing RO and another r/s after it.    Like they did 5 yrs ago my guess is a PP soon, some OEM pre offtake, maybe DOD and then most likely a larger equity raise. if the first phase is only 30 million then equity raise may only be 15-20 million and the rest by

Pip, yes. POs are kind of the opposite of buybacks. ROs are kind of (not quite) the opposite of dividends Ryan can only dream he'll one day be faced w/ the dilemma of what to do w/ ever mounting piles of cash.
