Good Afternoon people,

It is a sunny day today.  We get one between band of storms moving in off the ocean.  It is a good day for me.  One of my investment is really paying off.  Age old question, sell or let it ride for more gain.  Ended up parking a stop loss under it and locking in my gain and letting it ride.

Hope:  You guys are amazing.  You go from hopefull to doom and gloom in only a couple of day.  Okay lets look at it from DOD point of view shall we.  In November of 22 they put out a bid letter for REE separation.  (A reminder DOD really hate single source supply.  What happens if that supplier can't supply needed material.)  Of the fifteen answers they got back the only one they put money down on was Ucore and RSX.  Only if Ucore fails to separate heavy REE would DOD go looking to another company.  Would they give Ucore a second chance to fix a problem?  Maybe depending on the miss and who was doing the grading. 

My read on the latest PR:  My read is that Ucore has taken the whole sample of 2 metric tons of mixed REE and run it through the first stages of RSX and produced two concertrates that are more than 99% pure.  In other work they have separated the sample into lights and heavies REEs.  Reaching the second milestone.

Who might know what Ucore was paid for each milestone.  If you remember back a week or so, 69 posted information that he said was from the award contract.  He said that he had found the link to it.  So 69 what was Ucore paid for each milestone?  Will you post the link to the award contract, so we can double check?


As for OEM funding, a question, would Ucore sign a contract with a OEM and take the money to build the commercial plant AKA the SMC ( still a dumb name) and not say word about it?  Ucore has used NDAs a lot in the past.  Mainly because of China.  Just a thought.

Ucore has used NDAs? thats all amount to zilch Sorta like the Materion consortium lol    That was a hoot PDAC.  A big fat zero, as usual, dragon next time you're correct on something it will be the first time   Dragon.  How is SMC gonna be built and running in a yr?   Weave another classic story please
