39% and 100% funded if read correctly? june 2025 like my69z has said not seeing anything about 10 million. Post June 2025 if at all leads me to next question. Where is SMC $ coming from if it gonna be running June 2025? 45 million first phase. this is a fair question

Asi I said, those two links you found are not government web sites, but rather third-party sites which provide summaries of the contract. That said, the information is the best I could find when I did a search and found both of those sites.
