RE: RE: RE: RE: Trades look funny You can't look at insider trading in isolation. If some insiders are selling, maybe they have their backs against the wall re expiring options or warrants. I know in my past, there were always blackout periods where we could not trade as insiders and if you had many options expiring, not everyone has the $$$$ to convert the options to shares, depending on what price you got the options at. They could be selling stock to convert their options and end up with way more shares . That is good for us because the share position of the insiders goes up....Bottom line, you can't just look at the insider trades without analysing what else is going on. Sometimes , it's as simple as a divorce settlement.
