Is it a coincidence that you mentioned BLOC?   because I switched to BLOC late in the day after I made some profits from UI.  I live in Manitoba and know for a fact that hydro is cheap.  In the summer I pay about $30 a month on hydro.  Too bad BLOC is gonna makr my hydro bills go higher, oh well, at least I'm headged, so I think.  


Smart to cash out of UI to add it to BLOC. I think UI will most likely crash back to 15 cents but even at that price is a joke.
