I totally disagree, and the proof is in the numbers. Just read the latest NR's. A vast improvement, and they'll only get better. If you wanted to sell your house in this current market, you'd have to be patently foolish, or stupid, not to use a service such as provided by UI. And the numbers are showing that few don't know that.
I'm not denying that the services provided by Urbanimmersive are invaluable to their customers. However, the macro environment is not in their favour and things are going to get worse. Jerome Powell the Federal Reserve Chairman has mentioned in his latest speech that the housing market needs a reset. They are more eager to bring down inflation and the Redfins of the world are going to experience a lot of pain. I don't believe market sentiment is in their favour even though I think the company has a great service offering and a great future.
3-d tours has been increasing month over month but the growth rate will be slowing down as home prices are starting to decline as of July and August and this is at a national level. The number of active listings is shrinking and will only get worse as the 30- year fixed mortgage continues to rise. Just think about it for a second, if you had a fixed mortgage at 3-4%, would you be incentivized to sell your house and to refinance your mortgage at a higher rate? Probably not.
There's going to be plenty of opportunity to buy any of the companies you wish to own over the next 6-12 months. Urbanimmersive will be one of them.
