GMV numbers

I read in Mr. Lemire`s message to shareholders, a GMV of $9.9 million...and accordiing to Digitel, GMV is on the increase for 2020....What does UI get in terms of dollars from these amounts?  UI is issuing shares in lieu of money to cover current interest payment in order to save cashflow....Does it mean that very little cash is incoming? Can someone explain!
