Northern Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company's focus is to discover uranium deposits at its Northwest Manitoba project. These deposits are of the unconformity type, situated near the boundary of the overlying basin sediments and underlying basement rocks. The Northwest Manitoba project is located along the extension of the Mudjatik Wollaston tectonic zone which hosts various uranium deposits within the Athabasca Basin.

Northern Uranium increases financing to $2.7-million

Further to its news release of Feb. 25, 2015, Northern Uranium Corp. has elected to increase the amount to be raised in its private placement from $2.5-million to $2.7-million. All other terms of the offering as set out in the Feb. 25, 2015, release remain the same.

Proceeds from the offering, as increased, will be used to advance the company's northwest Manitoba exploration projects and for general working capital.
