Insiders: C. Fipke Holdings Ltd. (Charles Fipke), 20 million FT shares; Element 29 Ventures Ltd. (Chad Ulansky), 500,000 NFT shares
Finders' fees: $4,000 cash and 80,000 warrants payable to PI Financial Corp.; $4,000 cash and 80,000 warrants payable to Pope & Company Ltd.; $76,000 cash and 1.52 million warrants payable to Delbrook Capital Advisors Inc. (Finder's fee warrants are exercisable at 10 cents per share for one year.)
