These juniours never cease to amaze me with their shinannagins. If you are in both, the end result is about an 85% haircut or 1 for 6.34, if it goes through what will they use for the open on the amalco, lets say it.s .02 so open around .10 to .12 by the time everyeone gets access to their shares it could very well be down to .05 or .06 after the autobots get finished playing with it.
I do like the idea of merging the offices and also the properties reducing costs etc but would be much easier to approve had they gone with a simple 1 for 1 based on SP for now and then request to consolidate say at 1:5 in a month or two.
Together they will have about $2MM cash which will most likely get burned up by the first quarter not sure they can do a drill program with that if they do and hit great but if not it is back to the trough at a few pennies for huge dilution. I have a bad feeling about this one... hmmm what to do???
