company is very low on cash and management has been unable to move any project forward over the last 15 years.
and there is no news to justify the volume or movement.

And you are here bashing for what reason , since you want us to believe you don`t hold any shares or is it to drive the  price lower because you know there is a flood of news coming that will propel the stock price into the teens and higher , especially because it is early in the season and it will only be up from here.
