Its projects include South Grass Valley, Kelly Creek, and Awakening. The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

NEWS - Financing - 12,000,000 units at $0.125/share ...

... gives them $1.5 million to drill SGV and/or Kelly Creek plus they should raise another $600,000 by August 28th when just over 6,000,000 warrants exercisable at $0.10/share are converted to shares.

I am guessing they will announce drill program as soon as financing closes. With a little luck, drills will turn by end of August.

Not exactly a great price for the financing but if they make a discovery, the concept will be proven and we will all be counting the dollars in our account.
