On the other hand, the shares should have sold off to the $0.125/share level as arbitragers would be in the money by shortingnor selling existing positions and covering/replacing with the units. The fact that share price is holding up is a pretty strong signal that shares are tightly held and in steong hands and that private placement purchasers will either be new shareholders taking newbposition in company or existing shareholders who want to add to their free trading position with the unit PP.
The shares seem to be in tight hands. If they make a discovety at SGV, move to thevupside could be explosive with very little selling resistance to chew through.
