The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

...I don’t have really anything to add. I am not a geolgoist. I trust management and the crew. They have done this before and have been part of 37 million combined ounces worth of Au discoveries in Nevada.

If I could ask one question of Wade at this point in the exploration program, I would like to know how the results they are seeing at SGV compare to previous discoveries that he has been involved in 4 holes into the drilling program. Is this the most excited he has been?

I think the market is behaving well. The fact we are hovering around 40 - 45 cents right now in my opnion shows the market is getting its head around the significancebof the results.

Don’t listen to me though. I am a novice investor.
