RE:RE:RE:Congrats to Some Private Placement Holders... I posted the information from Sedar on the hold periods on the private placement shares. Just over 10,000,000 will be free trading for Monday’s open. Just under 6,000,000 will be free trading on January 9th.
Good job to all private placement holders who decide to sell when their shares are free trading and lock in profits. I am glad you were able to profit on NGE in this difficult market. And I hope your free ride warrants end up beingbin the money and they make you millions of dollars.
I am holding my entire position. I am willing to miss out on trading opportunities that present themselves like they did today. I just don’t want to be on the wrong side of the trade ahead of assay results.
If the company fails to deliver a discovery, I am fully prepared to lose my entire invesmtent. Worst case scenario it goes to zero. Best case scenario ... the sky is the limit if they make a discovery at SGV. The risk is defined. The reward could be mind-boggling.
