The investment seeks the daily changes in percentage terms of its shares per share NAV to reflect the daily changes in percentage terms of the spot price of light, sweet crude oil delivered to Cushing, Oklahoma, as measured by the daily changes in the price of a specified short-term futures contract on light, sweet crude oil called the Benchmark Oil Futures Contract, plus interest earned on USOs collateral holdings, less USOs expenses. USO invests primarily in futures contracts for light, sweet crude oil, other types of crude oil, diesel-heating oil, gasoline, natural gas, and other petroleum-based fuels.

Of course I am interested...just not seeing it yet. The 2 things concerning me yet are the capital required and the number of shares. If capital is raised via a line of credit then a check marked is earned if share based funding then not so much. HOwever the other thing being the number of shares out is my biggest concern.... if (and they will) a roll back occurs and the SP sticks then all is well if not... I'd rather not be in yet.. Now having said that... if they are going to raise funds....then a share based equity might be the right thing to do as they will roll back anyway and there is more onus on the company to ensure value is maintained or they likely wont get a lot of interest in shares...UNLESS... the shares are a fraction of value and very numerous....
SO I am still in a wait and see mode...

I just laugh at the pumping going on this board.. it is rampant!!!!
