just spoke with Paul Ogilvie
and asked him what he can say to reassure current shareholders and potential investors. i am paraphrasing here but this is essentially the jist of it:
1. the news releases are written by lawyers, not the company itself. (my own interpretation of this, Saint Jean Carbon did not mislead or intentionally mislead for that matter)
2. he mentioned somebody sent him a link with alot of in depth analysis. not sure who the poster was but I am quite sure we all read it here on SH (lancer or andrew or acer maybe??), He highlighted the the part near the end of the piece discussing the 500-1000 lb gorilla in the room (Panasonic deal) He said Panasonic is still a gorilla(or potential) but that there are many other potential gorillas in the room ( having drinks at the bar(my words not his))
3. the relationship with Panasonic is still on good terms and is happy to say so
4. most of the stock is held by institutions and they are still invested
now I know many of you will say this means nothing or hes just saying that (what else could he), or whatever else, truth is, I'm more comfortable with this situation. say what you want but most times a conversation with people in the loop is much more helpful than idiots with microphones so to speak.
take from it what you will.
stay hungry,
homeless
ps. if i got the OP of that mentioned post incorrect I apologize as the credit will be directed to you
