RE:Question about the mill ...Someone else can chime in here about financials, but I would presume that there are some discussions going on about ....IF, THEN scenarios in the coming weeks/months. My suggestion is, the CDN Government is likely been called or is watching this situation since it is Innovation and if it goes forward, it could be a massive employment producer so I would expect NERC funds or some of the INNOVATION Science funds that are due to be released soon.....see this article below from the Toronto Star back in early March and recent articles about a $1 billion green energy investment...SJL falls into both categories:

The second article also opens the door perhaps, to an investment in another stock I own which is QNC.....quantum cyber security, but I am more interested in the two angles that SJL could tap or I am sure they would be considered by the gov't themselves since what usually happens is its the latter that checks into University initiatives and incubators or tech that the gov't sponsors....the gov't gets a double push/benefit from making these investments since they are funding two avenues and its easier for people to see the connections!
