BUY THIS STOCK - A NO BRAINER
If others are correct, the naked shorter added 500,000 shares yesterday to his illegal position.
He can keep selling, since the authorities DO NOT ENFORCE THE LAW. His broker is liable, but wants his illegal business. At $.075 the VCT market cap is $13M CDN. A JOKE!! I and my friends have bougth 1.5 million shares in he last two months. He is now short OVER 3M. Join in the fun, and BUY THIS STOCK. We will be at $.50 in no time. Closer to the fundamental value of this company.

He (it) is in deep do-do. Let the games begin!! What we are doing is legal, what he (it) is doing is illegal. Plain and simple. This naked shorting hurts ALL SHAREHOLDERS. I'm mad.
