seems very frivolous..........quebec gov't granted urc permits to work in that area........if they ever even thought about revoking those permits, they would have to compensate the company for all the the work done so far............

probably goes the same for the municipality, if they think of getting urc out of the area, they could be faced with compansating company for any work done so far.......they probably have a hidden agenda and hope that the company will buy the town like osisko did in their area........
