Yeah, did some research on Jeff Smith, looks like he is a seasoned business man.   Looks like he owns his own Bank,    DC Bank    and now he owns 40% of Venzee, I would say thats a serious committment.    Anyways the next week or so should be interesting.

DC Bank and Digital Commerce Payments (DCP) have been mentioned since September last year - both associated with Mr. Smith. This partnership is just starting to take shape and his track record shows a knack for utliizing disruptive tech. No way DCB/DCP makes any investment here unless they see some upside.....biggest thing I took from the release other than the software licensing/integration were

Yeah sure sounds that way, this is the most optimistic I have been in a long time. Previous mamagement just didn't seem to be able to move this forward.   Time will tell but I like what I'm seeing so far. Its sounds like they have very good tech, very good management, now they have to show they can generate sales. But like you say Jeff Smith being the new Leader certainley bodes

No kidding, likewise. I like the fact that DCP is defacto running the show now. Too many wounds from old management/board (still a couple left) squandering away shareholder cash.
