Directors Are Not Sharleholders

Directors Are Not SharleholdersDo you not wonder why CHARLES V. SELBY, B.Sc.(Hons), P.Eng. LLP
Director and Vice President Business Development sold all of his shares for a penny in the open market on Dec 23rd.

The CEO of the company only owns about 400,000 shares which he bought in the open market for about $.025. about a year ago.

Lack of Ownership = Lack of Commitment = Lack of Optimism

At least that is how it is in my books anyway.

I also suspect that when the price of NG is under $4, Vecta loses money.

No news or corporate update for 6 months now. YE Financials coming out next Wednesday. I would bet almost anything they will have lost their butts in the past year. Q1 shd come out at the end of April which at best will show not much more than break even. Now NG is under $4.....what do you think Q2 will look like.

Oh yeh, don't expect any news other than financials coming out for the next 6 months either. When news does come out later in the year, you may regret wishing for it.

Think about this before replying that i am just bashing.

I wish things were better for them also, but when you take a good look at the situation as a whole, it does not look very optimistic.
