Poco, yes I've done some time in the O&G industry.  Lot's of fun.  If you used to work at Poco I might even know you.

My conclusion on who the partner will be is as follows:

Non-armslength party is Vecta US corp.  Now their land base does not add up no matter how you look at it.  If you add brokers in and try to get a number close to 90,000 acres something is still missing. 

I now believe that yes, it's non arms length, however; Vecta US already has a deal on the go with a Major.  The two large US players that would likely compliment VER's known land position are Quicksilver and Crescent point USA(not the Canadian division).  Both of these companies have a nice size land package that would compliment the current VER holdings. 

So yes, non-arms length but ultimately partnering with a major US company "that operated in multiple US basins" (as per the press release).  These ducks line up very nicely if you do the investigation.

Let it come down if it wants to and buy a whole ton more!  I will be.
