ExperienceI have drilled wells in North Dakota. I have gone fishing in Montana. I have been involved in project and corporate financing of smaller oil and gas projects and companies, nothing ever over $100 million. Money raising and deal structure in these kinds of deals are among the most complicated. Could be straight equity, mezz, debt with warrants, or some hellish combination. Financiers are among the most diabolically creative folks on Earth. I have a decent position in VER right now, and will add to it after I see and figure out the financing arrangement. Only then will the puzzle be put together enough to create a base for evaluation.
