RE: RE: RE: JV News sounds like it could be withVecta O&G did not get all of the 36,000,000 shares. This went to the shareholders of Vecta Energy, a private Alberta Company. I beleive that Vecta O&G received approx 11,000,000 shares and the other 25,000,000 went ot friends of Coffman who invested in his little private Alberta company. A Non Canadian company can only own a certain percentage of a public canadian company.

Anyone who owns more than 10% of the total outstanding shares or who is a director or employeee of the company must report their transactions. I don't see Coffman owning many shares and I dont see Charles Selby owning any shares.

I most likely didnt answer your question as it is tough to figure out who else it might be if the JV partner is not Vecta O&G.

Let's just wait until next week cause it gives me a headache trying to think that hard...lol.
