Broke short term 16 and 21.5 resistance...

Broke short term 16 and 21.5 resistance...on steady volume throughout day...one should have flipped back in today...somebody in the know wanted in today...watch for catalyst...next targets are long term resistance @ 33 and 42...watch price and volume...out!
