The Mistake
The MistakeThe mistake is on mgmt's part. They obviously have no idea of how to transact with the financing community. They must have made the same mistake that retail investors usually do in the first 4 or 5 years as investors. That is they mistakenly believe that the investment banker is sitting on the same side of the table.
