RE: The Mistake -S8 - RWJWell I do not how how in tune I am and I am no expert but this is what i think:
PROS (make sure you read the presentation off of the website)
- The JV management is 2nd to none. This is like putting together a Dream Team.
- Land position is as good as and most likely better than PIE's
- The 9C-3D seismic give these guys a big advantage and should increase production results
CONS
- Lack of shareholder regard so it looks so far
- May have sold themselves short on the financing deal but we really won't know for another month
No reason why SP is not at $.50 right now. All they needed to do was tell us that things were going as planned and that the deal shd be finalized in a few more weeks.
