They have put themselves in a situation now that could see financing go through at less than $.20 due to lack of experience, lack of shareholder concern and being desperate for financing (which they really had no choice in).
They have now sold their souls to the Devil who will keep the SP down for another 9 months after financing goes through. If they are doing a road show people are not buying the song & dance.
They should have marketed to regular investors like you and I as they would have gotten a lot bigger bang for their buck when it came to moving the SP higher. They have lost the regular investors trust in my opinion and have decided to court the future investor that doesn't even know about this company yet. I am starting to think that their ways will not change in the future either.
