HRE: Road ShowHa! You think the volume is indicative of a house selling their position? Good try but right now it is a wait and see with the market. There are no buyers lining up until the financing details are released and thus the stock price can be easily impacted but small sell orders into the market.

Low and behold, a nice bid order has shown up. Perhaps they know something that we don't. The last time the JV was released this moved up before the news acutally came out.
